CONNECTed : About ME

Welcome to my personal webpage!

First and foremost, thousand apologies for the nuisance pop-in ads.

Just a brief introduction about myself. I am so ordinary woman blessed with wonderful family and friends. I graduated from University of London with Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. I am currently working with IBM's regional accounting center. Now I can proudly say that I am earning my own money but not really financially independent. Get my point?

Personally I reckon I am relatively shy person BUT many of my friends would think otherwise. Hehe. Shopping is my passion. Haha. Just another typical gal yah? I love hanging out with friends at mamaks, cafes, pubs and dance clubs. Once I was into clubbing. Perhaps I feel old now. Nonetheless, I am still keen to go dancing once in awhile. Enjoy life when we are still young!!!

This is my FIRST official web presence (minus blogs and another unpublished site) and I have no IT background. Thus dont expect so much from me. hehe. =P Might not score an A but at least I pass right??

A friend whom I am not so close to (boring guy!!) has somehow inspired me to build a personal webpage. I have some stuff at the right menu that you can look through. Sign the guestbook and/or send email and/or do what you like.

This webpage would always be UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

CONNECTed : My Little Advices

>> Throw out non-essential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctor worry about them. That's why you pay her/him

>> Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down

>> Keep learning. Never let the brain idle, "An idle mind is the devil's workshop", the Devil's name is Depression

>> Enjoy the simple things. When the children are young, that's all you can afford. When they are in university, that's all you can afford. When you in retirement, that's all you can afford

>> Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh till you gasp for breath. Laugh so much that you can be tracked in the store by your distinctive laughter

>> The tears happen. Endure, grieve and move on. The only person who's with us our entire life is ourselves. Be alive while you are alive; dont put out a mail box on the highway of death and just wait in residence for your mail

>> Surround yourself with what you love

>> Cherish your health. If it's good, preserve it. If it's unstable, improve it. If it's beyond what you can improve, get help

>> Dont take guilt trips

>> Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity and always remember, " Life's not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away
